How we deliver
- Scoping call: We listen to your priorities, geography and grant conditions and tell you openly whether we are the right fit.
- Joint design: the local office drafts a theorty of change, budget and indicators that match your reporting format.
- Agreement and compliance checks: Due dilitence, contract, cost rules an ddata protection terms are agreed before work starts.
- Implementation and montitoring: local teams deliver. Your partner tracks progress, spend and risks and flags issues early.
- Reporting and learning: You receive narrative and financial reports on your schedule, and a short learning review to inform your next round.
