Psychological support for residents of Bucha

ADRA Ukraine psychologists have started a new series of meetings for Bucha residents who have lost their loved ones, survived the occupation, and faced other difficulties as a result of the war in the country.

On June 26, within the ADRA Ukraine project on psychological assistance, a team of psychologists started one more area of psychosocial support – a series of meetings for Bucha residents at the Volunteer Center “Portal Bucha”. The topic of the first meeting was how to deal with emotions during the war.

“We have been able to make participants forget about their problems and present our smiles to them during the two-hour meeting. Psychologists have provided practices and techniques to stabilize emotional state that everyone will be able to use independently in the future“, explains Ievheniia, a Project Coordinator.
