Thirteen hospitals in Ukraine received medical equipment

Airlink supported ADRA’s efforts to provide the most necessary medical equipment to healthcare facilities in wartime conditions.

Thirteen hospitals have already received medical equipment, such as laparoscopic stands, ultrasound therapy devices, surgical monitors for laparoscopy, defibrillators, ventilators, ECG machines, anaesthesia machines, and similar.

According to doctors’ calculations, more than 50,000 people will be able to receive timely and adequate medical assistance using this new equipment during the year.

Residents of most regions of Ukraine feel the shortage of vital medicines and medical equipment. Improving hospitals’ material and technical base is an essential mission for ADRA Ukraine, which will continue with activities in this field in 2023.

Airlink is a non-profit humanitarian organization that brings together airlines and non-profit organizations for rapid and effective disaster response
